Drug peddler held with 500 yaba tablets in Rajshahi
RAJSHAHI, July 7, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), in an anti-crime drive, arrested an alleged drug peddler with 500 yaba tablets here last night.
According to the RAB sources, the arrested was Sakim Ali, 35, son of Abul Hossain of Haripur village under Paba upazila in the district.
On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a raid in the Haripur area and arrested him with the contraband item around 10.30 pm red-handed, RAB sources said here today.
A case was recorded with Damkura Police Station and the arrested person along with the seized goods was handed over to police.
