President mourns death of Andrew Kishore
DHAKA, July 6, 2020 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of eight-time National Film Award-winning playback legendary singer Andrew Kishore.
In a condolence message, the head of the state prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Andrew Kishore, a popular singer, breathed his last at a clinic in his Rajshahi hometown at about 7 pm. He had been battling against fatal disease cancer since long.
