JP takes programmes marking Ershad’s death anniversary
DHAKA, July 05, 2020 (BSS) – Jatiya Party has finalised all the programmes to observe the first death anniversary of the party founder Hussain Muhammad Ershad on July 14.
The programmes were finalised at a preparatory meeting on the occasion of the death anniversary of Ershad at the Jatiya Party chairman’s Banani office this afternoon.
The programme will include keeping party flags at half-mast at its all offices, recitation from the holy Quran, offering of doa and discussion on that day since morning maintaining social distancing.
Besides, Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader and Secretary General Moshiur Rahman Ranga will fly to Rangpur in the morning on July 14 with the central leaders to mark the day.
They will offer Ziarat at Ershad’s grave and place wreaths at 10:30 am.
The party will also arrange discussion and milad mahfil in Rangpur on the day.
A discussion and milad mahfil will be held on a limited scale at Jatiya Party’s Banani office in the city on July 14 at 4:30 pm.
Special prayers and milad mahfil will be held at Jatiya Party Central Office in city’s Kakrail area on behalf of various organisations and other affiliated organisations from the morning.
