CHUADANGA, July 2, 2020 (BSS) – A grant of Taka 20.275 lakh was distributed among 465 non-MPO teachers and employees of the district today at a function at the Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) office here.
It was informed in the function that Taka 46 crore has been allocated for non-MPO teachers and staff across the country, and of the amount, a total of Tk 20,27,500 has been allocated for non-MPO teachers and staff in Chuadanga.
Taka 5000 has been allocated for each of teachers while and an employee will get Tk 2500 through mobile banking services.
Under the grants distribution program, 346 non-MPO teachers and 119 employees of the district are getting the money.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Monira Parveen presided over the function. Deputy Commissioner Nazrul Islam Sarkar and District Education Officer Nikhil Ranjan Chakraborty were present at the function as chief guest and special guest respectively.
