Indian navy chief calls on BAF chief
DHAKA, June 25, 2018 – Chief of Naval Staff, Indian Navy, Admiral Sunil
Lanba today called on Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat
at Air Headquarters.
During call on, they exchanged greetings and discussed different issues of
bi-lateral interests, said an ISPR press release.
On arrival at Air Headquarters Chief of Naval Staff, Indian Navy was
presented a guard of honour by a smartly turned out BAF Contingent. He also
signed the visitor’s book in Air Headquarters.
Chief of Naval Staff, Indian Navy and a two-member delegation arrived
in Bangladesh on June 24 on a 6-day official visit.
It is expected that the visit of Indian Naval Chief will play an important
role for strengthening the existing friendly relationship between Armed
Forces of the two countries.
