Milad–mahfil for Golam Rabbani Helal held
DHAKA, June 26, 2020 (BSS)- The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) and Bangladesh Player Welfare Samity jointly organised a special prayer and milad mahfil today (Friday) seeking salvation of departed soul of former national football and BFF executive committee’s member Golam Rabanni Helal, a BFF press release said today.
The special prayer, doa and milad mahfil was held at BFF Bhaban premises after Jummah prayer. After the prayer special food was distributed among the poor people.
Bangladesh Football Player Welfare Samity’s president and BFF executive member Iqbal Hossain, BFF member Amit Khan Shuvro and BFF general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag, were among others, present on the occasion.
Helal, the former executive committee’s member of BFF, died due to brain hemorrhage at the city’s Square hospital on May 30.
Meanwhile, the BFF will also arrange special prayer, doa and milad mahfil on Thursday (July 2) seeking salvation of departed souls of BFF accountant Mohammad Hedaet Ullah, BFF football trainers Ahsan Ullah Montu and Nurul Haque Manik, and U-15 SAFF Championship 2015 team’s manager SM Salahuddin Ahmed at the same venue.
