DHAKA, June 26, 2020 (BSS) – The Islamic Foundation (IF) today held special doa and munajat after Jumma prayers at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the city seeking eternal peace of Former Director General(DG) of Islamic Foundation Shamim Mohammad Afzal.
Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Pesh Imam Hafez Mufti Mohibullahhil Baki Nadvi conducted the doa and munajat, a press release said.
Islamic Foundation Director Muhammad Mohiuddin Majumder, Deputy Director Md. Abu Bakar Siddique and other officers and employees were present on the occasion.
IF former DG Afzal passed away at a city hospital last night at the age of 63.
