Quader mourns death of Shamim Afzal
DHAKA, June 26, 2020 (BSS) – Road, Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of former Director General of Islamic Foundation Shamim Mohammad Afzal.
In a message of condolence, Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Shamim, 65, passed away at a city hospital last night.
He left behind wife, one daughter, host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.
