LafargeHolcim declares 10pc cash dividend
DHAKA, June 23, 2020 (BSS) – LafargeHolcim Bangladesh (LHB) has declared 10 percent cash dividend for the year 2019.
The LHB shareholders approved the cash dividend at the 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) held virtually today, said a press release.
LHB Chairman presided over the AGM with Chief Executive Officer Rajesh K Surana. Other members of board of directors were present at the meeting.
