Home Ministry signs APA with subordinate bodies
DHAKA, June 24, 2018 (BSS) – The Home Ministry on Sunday signed “Annual
Performance Agreement” (APA) for 2018-19 fiscal with subordinate offices and
organisations for achieving the target and proper implementation of the
government announced policies and programs as well as ensuring accountability
and transparency.
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan was present as the chief guest at the
signing ceremony while Secretary Mostafa Kamal Uddin of Pulic Security
Division presided over the function at the ministry here.
Head of offices and subordinate bodies signed the agreement on behalf of
their respective institutions, said a press release.
Addressing on the occasion, the minister said the main target of
introducing the APA since 2014-15 fiscal to build a dynamic, efficient and
effective administrative system to materialize the “Vision 2021 and ensure
the rule of law.
The vision of the APA is to establish a secured and peaceful Bangladesh
while the mission is to ensure security to the country with developing the
law and order situation.
