Online application for new BTCL connection introduced
DHAKA, June 20, 2020 (BSS) – Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) has introduced online application for new connection as part of its effort to strengthen automation process to offer customers’ friendly services.
Anyone can apply for new connection online visiting www.telesheba.gov.bd or downloading and installing “Telesheba” app from google play store, said a BTCL press release today.
The state-owned company is offering connection free of cost across the country on the occasion of “Mujib Year”.
BTCL said it would soon introduce online payment system to get rid of its customers from physical cash deposit in bank.
BTCL hopes the customers would be facilitated by this service in this COVID-19 pandemic gripped situation.
