ARREST-YABA–BGB
1 held with Yaba in Jamalpur
JAMALPUR, June 18, 2020 (BSS)- Members of Boarder Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in a drive arrested an alleged drug peddler with huge contraband Yaba tablets in a bordering area of Dewanganj Upazila of the district last night.
The arrested drug peddler was identified as Mohammad Jubayer Hossain,40 son of Siraz Uddin at village Bagharchar Sardarpara in Dewanganj Upazila of the district.
According to 35 battalion of BGB, Jamalpur sources, a team of Bagharchar BGP raided Bagharchar area and arrested Jubayer .
Later, the BGB team after search recovered 380 pieces of Indian made Yaba tablets from his possession.
A case was registered with Dewanganj police station in this connection.
