DHAKA, June 17, 2020 (BSS) – The Supreme Court through a notification today said the officials and staff of the lower courts situated in red zones across the country would remain under general holiday like others.
The same condition also goes for the lower court employees living in the red zones, said the notification signed by Supreme Court Registrar General Md Ali Akbar.
The notification further said during the general holiday, the court employees would not be allowed to leave their work stations.
One or more magistrates would be on duty in each chief judicial magistrate court in each of the district and in chief metropolitan magistrate court in metropolitan areas, during this time.
