MetLife starts virtual training courses for field force
DHAKA, June 16, 2020 (BSS) – MetLife Bangladesh has launched
virtual training courses for its field force amid the ongoing COVID-19
pandemic.
The training courses are designed to help them enhance their
knowledge and skills on various insurance-related courses from their
homes, said a press release today.
Fully digital and artificial intelligence (AI) enabled training
platform of MetLife offers more than 10 online courses and over 50
video resources for the field force to enhance their understanding to
provide better advice and support to customers.
MetLife’s field force can also access the platform through a
dedicated mobile app.
In Bangladesh, MetLife has over one million customers and more than
16,000 field forces.
MetLife Bangladesh’s General Manager Syed Hammadul Karim said, “In
these unprecedented times, our aim is to use innovative and digital
tools to help our field force continuously improve their knowledge so
they can truly help the customer navigating their lives.”
