Zaheed, Shameem condole death of Kamran
DHAKA, June 15, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister Zaheed Farooque and Deputy Minister AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem for Water Resources ministry today expressed profound shock at the death of former Mayor of Sylhet City Corporation and Awami League central executive committee member Badaruddin Ahmad Kamran.
In a separate condolence message, they prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed their profound sympathy to the bereaved family
State minister Zaheed Farooque said, Kamran will be a unique example for the field level politics.
Deputy minister Shameem said, Kamran has made a outstanding contribution to the grassroots politics. His sad demise has left the country and his party to lose a dedicated politician, he added.
The former Sylhet city mayor breathed his last at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka at 3am today.
