DHAKA, June 15, 2020 (BSS) – Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal and Rangpur divisions and at a few places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, said a Met office release here today.
Country’s maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded by 35.1 degree Celsius in Srimangal while the lowest one today was recorded by 24.8 degree Celsius at Rajarhat.
Highest rainfall for the last 24-hour till 6am today was recorded by 70 millimeters(mm) in Sayedpur.
The sun sets at 6.47pm today and rises at 5.11 am tomorrow in the capital, the release also said.
