Netrakona people welcome proposed national budget

Netrakona Jun 14, 2020 (BSS)—- Educationists, economists, Leaders of different business community, socio-cultural organizations and public representatives today hailed the proposed national budget for the fiscal 2020-2021 .

They also congratulated Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the time-befitting budget , placed in the Jatiya Sangsad amid pandemic novel Corona virus situation.
Talking to BSS , president of district Chamber Of Commerce And Industries Abdul Wahed termed the budget as a pro-people and time-befitting which would help the business community to make up their losses,caused by COVID-19 outbreak as the government increased allocations in the fields of trade and commerce.

Vice Chancellor (VC) of Sheikh Hasina Public University Dr. Rafiqullah Khan congratulated prime minister Sheikh Hasina for designing and delivering, what he said, the challenging and pragmatic national budget to cope with the post pandemic global Corona virus situation .

The VC said, the proposed budget focuses the government plans to boost the country’s economy, keep the people free from hunger and poverty and contain pandemic Coronavirus situation.

Mayor of Netrakona municipality Nazrul Islam Khan said, the proposed national budget is a people-friendly and visionary one. He thanked the prime minister Sheikh Hasina saying that the budget will play an important role to infuse dynamism into COVID-19 ravaged country’s economy.

Principal of Netrakona government college professor Nurul Baset, Vice President of district Awami League Advocate Amirul Islam, President Of District Mohila Awami League Kamrunnesa Ashraf Dina, President Of District Krishak League Keshob Ranjan Sarker and Convenor of Netrakona Nouka team AKM Azharul Islam Arun among others highly praised the national budget.

They expressed their gratitude to Sheikh Hasina led present government for announcing incentives packages to various sectors in the global pandemic Coronavirus outbreak impact .
