DHAKA, June 14, 2020 (BSS) – Deputy Leader of the Jatiya Sangsad Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of veteran politician and state minister for religious affairs Alhaj Advocate Sheikh Md Abdullah.
In a condolence message, she prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Sheikh Abdullah, also former religious affairs secretary of Awami League, died of old age complications at the Combined Military Hospital in Dhaka last night.
He was 74.
