Salman F Rahman mourns death of Sheikh Abdullah
DHAKA, June 14, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister’s Private Industry and Investment Adviser Salman Fazlur Rahman today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of State Minister for Religious Affairs Advocate Sheikh Md Abdullah.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Recalling Sheikh Abdullah’s outstanding contribution to the country’s political arena with due respect, Salman said at his death the nation lost a tested politician.
Sheikh Abdullah breathed his last at the Combined Military Hospital in Dhaka last night at the age of 74. Abdullah was suffering from different old-age complications including diabetics.
