Khalid inaugurates newly constructed school building in Muktagacha
MYMENSINGH, June 11 2020 (BSS) -State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid MP today inaugurated a newly constructed four storied academic building of Luxmipur High School at Muktagaacha upazila this noon.
The academic building was built at a cost of over TK two crore 88 lakh with a view to mitigating the accommodation problems including class room and other development activities of the school
Khalid in his inaugural remarks said, present government under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been implementing massive infrastructure development programme in all levels of educational institutions.
The Minister said the government is committed to build up an educated nation through making the students as worthy citizens .
He urged the teachers, students and guardians to extend their whole hearted cooperation for fulfilling the government’s vision in this regards.
Upazila Nirbahi officer Subarna Sarker presided over the function which was attended among others by Secretary of the upazila Awami league Billal Hossen Sarker, Upazila Vice Chairman Arab Ali, upazila Chairman Mazharul Islam , President of Muktagacha Press Club Md. Nazrul Islam , President of the School Managing Committee Manjurul Islam khan Ilias , teachers officials, and guardians .
Earlier State Minister also laid the foundation stone of a four storied academic building of Muktagacha RK Government High School being built at a cost of TK over 85 lakh .
