One held with yaba in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, June 4, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 990 pieces of yaba tablet and 65 grams of heroin from Nizampur Dighipara under Nachole upazila in the district this afternoon.
The arrested person is Md. Abu, 40 of Battalahat Shankerbati under Chapainawabganj municipality.
RAB said, acting on secret information, an operation team of RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp raided the aforesaid area around 2:30 pm and arrested him with the yaba and heroin.
Later, the arrested person was handed over to the police of Nachole thana.
A case was filed.
