Three held with firearms in Khulna
KHULNA, June 4, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-6 in a drive
arrested three alleged terrorists with a pistol, drugs and ammunition from Damodar
village under Fultola upazila of the district last night.
The arrested were identified as Sumon, 25, hailed from Avoynagor upazila in Jashore
district, Ashraful Islam, 23, Alamin Mollah, 20, residents of the same area.
On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted the drive in the area at around
12.15 am and arrested them with one firearm, 250 pieces of yaba tablets and
ammunition, a RAB official said.
A case was filed with Fultola Police Station in this connection.
