Minor boy drowns in Noakhali
NOAKHALI, June 2, 2020 (BSS) – A minor boy drowned in a pond in Doshani Togba area under Chatkhil upazila of the district on Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Md Rafsan Hossain, 4, son of Baker Hossain, a resident of Dharmapur.
After not finding Rafsan at house, family members started searching him and later on found his body floating in an adjacent pond.
The boy was later taken to Chatkhil upazila Health complex where he died.
Dr Shahidul Islam, residential medical officer of the health complex, told BSS that the boy died before he was brought there.
