3 alleged drug peddlers held with 1,015 yaba in Rajshahi
RAJSHAHI, May 23, 2020 (BSS) – In an anti-crime drive, police arrested
three alleged drug peddlers with 1,015 yaba tablets here today.
According to the police sources, the arrested were identified as Rony
Hassan, 28, son of Akbar Hossain, Selim Reja, 25, son of Mijanur Rahman and
Mohar Hossain Jony, 32, son of Jihad Ali.
On a tip-off, a police team conducted a sudden raid at Naodapara area under
Shahmukhdum Police Station and arrested them with the contraband items around
14.30 pm.
A case was recorded with the police station in this connection.
