DHAKA, May 23, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed
Mojumder today said the government is working sincerely for the protection of
the media workers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
“The media workers are showing professionalism and responsibility by
working during the coronavirus crisis,” he said while handing over Eid gifts
to the Television Camera Journalist Association, Bangladesh at the Mohona
Television Office in the city, said a press release.
Thanking the media people for presenting objective news and information
before the people during the crisis, Kamal Mojumder hoped that the active
contribution of the mainstream media in countering rumors would continue in
the future as well.
Later, the state minister for industries handed over Eid gifts for the
members of the Television Camera Journalist Association, Bangladesh to its
Joint Secretary Mahbubur Rahman Farhad.
