36 more positive tests for coronavirus in Mymensingh division
MYMENSINGH, May 22, 2020 (BSS) – More thirty-six people were tested
positive for coronavirus after diagnosing 468 samples in the last 24
hours raising the total infected cases to 762 in Mymensingh division.
Of the confirmed cases, 15 were from Mymensingh, 9 from Netrokona,
11 from Jamalpur and 1 from Sherpur district.
Of the total infected patients, 349 in Mymensingh, 177 in
Netrokona, 168 in Jamalpur and 68 in Sherpur district.
Director Health Mymensingh division Dr. Abul Kasem said so far
11,800 people were tested for the virus.
Sources said till today a total of 287 patients have been recovered
from the coronavirus and 254 patients were undergoing treatment in
different government hospitals, while 12 people died.
