Shahab Uddin distributes Eid gifts to 2,800 families in Moulvibazar
DHAKA, May 22, 2020 (BSS)- Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister
Md Shahab Uddin today distributed Eid gift items among 2,800 families in his
constituency in Moulvibazar at his personal initiative.
The gift items were delivered to people’s homes through Awami League(AL)
leaders in each ward of Juri and Barlekha upazilas in the district and each
family got five kilogram(kg) of rice, one kg of flour, one kg of sugar, one
liter of soybean oil and one packet of semai, a press release said.
Barlekha upazila unit of AL general secretary Md Anwar Uddin, its
organizing secretary and upazila chairman Shoaib Ahmed, Barlekha municipality
mayor Abul Imam Md Kamran Chowdhury, Barlekha upazila unit of AL joint
secretary AKM Helal Uddin, Baralekha upazila Krishak League convener Abdul
Latif and assistant personal secretary to the minister Kabiruzzaman Chowdhury
coordinated the distribution programme with the help of local AL leaders and
workers.
