22 fire service stations kept ready to deal with Amphan

CHATTOGRAM, May 20, 2020 (BSS)- A total of 22 fire service stations have
been kept ready in Chattogram city and district to deal with cyclone Amphan.

Meanwhile, two teams of fire brigade have started their working in the
coastal area of Patenga.

Chattogram Fire Service officials said three teams fire service have been
formed to work with cyclone in three phases and nine fire service stations in
the city have been kept on standby so that they can respond quickly.

Moreover, 13 stations have also been kept ready in Chattogram district.

Ali Akbar, deputy assistant director of Chattogram Fire Service, told BSS
that a rescue team, fast rescue team and water rescue team have been formed
to deal with the after-effect of the cyclone.
