Nabil urges all to stand beside corona-hit people
DHAKA, May 19, 2020 (BSS)- Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) vice
president and national team committee chairman Kazi Nabil Ahmed today called
upon all, especially the rich, to stand beside the people hit hard by the
nationwide shutdown over the coronavirus pandemic.
“The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has put a severe impact on the life and
livelihood of the people of all classes and professions of the country. So
everybody should stand beside the affected people during this perilous time,”
he said.
Nabil, also a parliament member from Jashore, made the comments while
distributing Iftar among the distressed people on behalf of the Bangladesh
Football Federation (BFF) at the BFF headquarters in the city.
“I’m happy to be a part of the food distribution campaign of BFF,” added
Nabil, who sponsored today’s iftar distribution programme.
Nabil said the BFF will continue their food and iftar distribution
programme among the underprivileged people who are living in a hardship until
the coronavirus situation improves.
