ARREST-RECOVERY
One held with 1,455 bottles phensidyl in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, May 17, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion
(RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 1,455 bottles of phensidyl from
Baliadighi area under Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj district this
morning.
The arrested was identified as Md. Mahidur Rahman, 30 of Shialmara village
under Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj district.
RAB said, acting on secret information, an operation team of RAB-5 from
Chapainawabganj camp raided the aforesaid area around 10 am and arrested
Mahidur with the bottles of phensedyl.
Larea, the arrested person was handed over to the police of Shibganj thana.
A case was filed with the police station .
