Khalid mourns death of music director Azad Rahman
DHAKA, May 16, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Cultural Affairs K M Khalid
today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of National Film Award-winning
composer, music director, singer and filmmaker Azad Rahman.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and
conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Azad Rahman passed away at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital at Shyamoli in the
capital this afternoon at the age of 76.
