JU, BUP VCs condole death of Prof Nazmul
DHAKA, May 7, 2020 (BSS) – Vice-Chancellors of Jahangirnagar University and
Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) today expressed profound shock
at the death of Fareast International University (FIU) Vice-Chancellor
Professor Dr Nazmul Karim Chowdhury.
In a condolence messages, JU VC Professor Dr Farzana Islam recalled the
contribution of Professor Nazmul to the country’s education and research
sector.
She prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep
sympathy to the bereaved family.
In another condolence message, BUP VC Major General Ataul Hakim Sarwar
Hasan said, “The country has lost a famous and renowned professor today. The
former professor (Nazmul) of the Tourism and Hospitality Management
Department at Dhaka University has played an invaluable role to spread
education in the country”.
All the faculties, officials, staffs and students of BUP expressed their
deepest condolences at the Death of Nazmul and prayed for eternal peace of
the departed soul. They also conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
