AHSANULLAH-ANNIVERSARY-OBSERVATION
16th death anniversary of Ahsanullah Master observed
DHAKA, May 07, 2020 (BSS) – The 16th death anniversary of veteran freedom fighter, labour leader and teacher Ahsanullah Master was observed today.
Marking the day, a doa-mahfil was arranged in the conference room of Department of Youth Development in the city with Director General of the Department of Youth Development Akhtaruz Zaman Khan Kabir in the chair.
Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports M Akhter Hossain was present as the chief guest.
On May 7 in 2004, a group of terrorists patronized by the then four-party alliance government led by BNP, killed Ahsanullah Master on MA Majid Mia High School ground at Noagaon in the district.
