RAJSHAHI, May 7, 2020 (BSS) – Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three alleged drug peddlers with 58 kilograms of ganja from Bonbelghoria area in Natore district last night, Rab sources here said today.
The arrested persons were identified as Belal Hossain, 24, son of Siddique Ali, Rahat Hossain, 25, son of Nur Islam and Amir Hossain, 25, son of Harun Mian.
Being informed, a team of the elite force conducted a raid in Bonbelghoria area in Natore sadar upazila around 11.30 pm and arrested them with the huge ganja after searching a truck, RAB sources said, adding that the team also seized the truck.
Later, the arrested persons along with the seized truck and contraband goods were handed over to police.
A case was filed with Natore Sadar police station in this connection.
