32 more persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Naogaon
NAOGAON, May 06, 2020 (BSS)- A total of 32 more persons were diagnosed
coronavirus (COVID-19) positive after testing 106 samples in the district in
the last 24 hours till today, raising the total number of confirmed cases to
49 in the district.
Of the newly detected 19 COVID-15 patients, eight are health department
personnel, including three doctors, according to the local health department
sources.
The health personnel are from Mohadevpur Upazila Health Complex, Raninagar
Upazila Health Complex, Niamatpur Upazila Health Complex and Badalgachhi
Upazila Health Complex.
Identifying all houses and places of the newly affected patients, the
district administration has put
concerned places on lockdown to prevent community transmission of COVID-19
disease.
