Courts’ general holiday extended till May 16
DHAKA, May 05, 2020 (BSS) – The Supreme Court today extended the ongoing
general holidays at all the courts across the country till May 16 to prevent
the transmission of deadly coronavirus.
Confirming the matter to BSS, Supreme Court spokesperson and High Court
Division special officer Md Saifur Rahman today said the apex court has
issued a circular in this regard.
Signed by Supreme Court Registrar General Md Ali Akbar, the circular urged
all the employees of the courts across the country, not to leave their work
stations during the holidays.
