DHAKA, May 5, 2020 (BSS) – Chinese Embassy in Dhaka today provided COVID-19
safety equipment for the journalists, who have been covering diplomatic
affairs in the country.
A total of 2,000 face masks and four boxes of hand sanitizers were handed
over to DCAB representatives for the members of Diplomatic Correspondents
Association, Bangladesh (DCAB) as gift.
Chinese embassy officials handed over the safety medical supplies to DCAB
President Angur Nahar Monty and general secretary Touhidur Rahman on the
embassy premises here.
The Chinese mission has been providing medical logistics to the government
of Bangladesh and various private organisations since the very beginning of
coronavirus outbreak in Bangladesh.
