DHAKA, April 30, 2020 (BSS) – Local business conglomerate, PRAN-RFL Group donated three sample collection booths (WISK Cabin) to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) to collect samples for COVID-19 test.
PRAN-RFL Group Marketing Director Kamruzzaman Kamal handed over the booths to DMCH Director Brig Gen A K M Nasir Uddin on Wednesday, said a press release today.
Associate Professor Dr. Monira Pervin of Virology Department of Dhaka Medical College was also present there.
Kamruzzaman Kamal said health professionals, who collect the samples for COVID-19 test, are getting infected while collecting samples and that is why safety is needed for them.
PRAN-RFL Group donated these three sample collection booths to DMCH as part of corporate social responsibility, he added.
A K M Nasir Uddin thanked PRAN-RFL Group for donating the sample collection booths to DMCH.
Earlier, the group also donated a sample collection booth to Sir Salimullah Medical College and Mitford Hospital.
