JOYPURHAT, April 30, 2020 (BSS)-Three more persons including one child were found infected with coronavirus in the district in the last 24 hours till this morning.
Among the newly detected persons, the six years old child is from Joypurhat Sadar Upazila while the remaining two are from Kalai and Akkelpur Upazilas of the district, said Civil Surgeon Dr Selim Mia today.
District health department control room sources said the newly infected people recently returned to their respective villages from Dhaka.
A total of 31 coronavirus cases were found positive in the district so far.
Two people were found infected with coronavirus on April 17 for the first time in the district.
