DHAKA, April 29, 2020 (BSS) – As part of the ongoing effort of extending
humanitarian aids to low-income people amid the nationwide shutdown,
Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) has reached out relief items to houses of poor
people who are reluctant to stand in queue for relief.
The BAF members on Tuesday night delivered daily essentials to houses of
the helpless people with suitable packets in the BAF Base Bangabandhu area
here, maintaining social distancing after making a list of the people, said
an Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) press release here today.
The officials and members of the BAF Base Bangabandhu gave donation for
distributing the relief goods, the release added.
Bangladesh Air Force has always been providing assistance in dealing with
any kind of national disaster and carrying out various activities following
the policy taken by the government to prevent the coronavirus, it said.
