Uttar Baridhara Club stand beside under privileged people
DHAKA, April 24, 2020 (BSS)- The under privileged people have been untold
suffering for country wise lock down due to COVID-19. Lack of food made their
situation more misery.
In this situation, country’s one of the popular football clubs Uttar
Baridhara has come forward with help to the poor people by proving them
relief.
Uttar Baridhara Club, the Bangladesh Premier Division Football League
Club, has been distributing food among the under privileged people at the
club premise at Kalachandpur, Gulshan -2 for the last fifteen days.
The food included rice, cereal, potatoes, onion, oil, salt, sugar, puff
rice ,wheat, biscuit and water along with sanitation goods.
Uttar Baridhara Club’s vice president Jakir Hossain Babul in a video
message today informed that they have been distributing relief every day
among the poor people due to COVID-19 situation in the country on behalf the
club.
He also hoped to continue their program by delivering relief to the poor
people by going door to door as instructed by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
