DHAKA, April 24, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim
today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Rozina Aktar, a senior
cameraperson of Bangladesh Television (BTV).
In a condolence message, the press secretary said Rozina Aktar was a
responsible, humble and hard-working cameraperson.
Karim prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound
sympathy to the bereaved family.
Rozina, the first female cameraperson of Bangladesh Television, died at a
city hospital early this morning at the age of 42, a BTV source said.
She used to cover the BTV’s live programmes on the President and the Prime
Minister as a cameraperson, the source added.
