DHAKA, April 23, 2020 (BSS)- A mobile court of Rapid Action Battalion
(RAB) today fined a firm located at Uttara sector-3 for marketing counterfeit
surgical masks.
The mobile court led by Executive Magistrate MdAlamconducted a raid at
‘Jahanara Enterprise’ and recovered a large number of surgical masks. Later,
the court fined the enterprise Taka 5 lakh.
The mobile court also conducted a drive at the warehouse of ‘KS Embroidery
and Punching Limited’ located on GausulAzam Avenue at Uttara sector-14 and
recovered various types of fake N95 masks.
Legal actions will be taken in this regard, mobile court sources said.
