One held with heroin in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, April 20, 2020 (BSS) – Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested an alleged drug peddler with 1.5 kg of heroin from Hakimpur Chulangpara village under Chapainawabganj sadar upazila this morning.
Arrested Md. Aktaruzzaman alias Aktar, 35, is a resident of the aforesaid area.
DB Inspector Babul Uddin Sardar said acting on a tip off, a team of DB police raided the house of Aktar around 4:15 am and arrested him with the heroin worth about Tk. 1.5 crore.
