FARIDPUR, April 20, 2020 (BSS) – Coronavirus test begins at COVID-19 laboratory installed in the third floor of the administrative building of Faridpur Medical College Hospital (FMCH) today, Faridpur Medical College’s principal Dr SM Khabirul Islam said.
On the first day today, 19 samples of suspected coronavirus will be tested by using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), he said.
The test for covid -19 will be conducted from 10 am to 6 pm every day as the lab is capable of testing 94 samples a day, he added.
