DSCC starts providing food to poor
DHAKA, April 13, 2020 (BSS) – Under the Livelihoods Improvement of
Urban Poor Communities Project (LIUPCP), Dhaka South City
Corporation(DSCC) today started distributing foods to around 2,900
marginal people of the city during the ongoing cornavirus outbreak.
With the help of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), food
assistance was given to poor people of ward number
1,3,7,11,14,22,24,25,38,42,48,49,55,59 and 63 of the city to mitigate
their sufferings.
