14-Party Alliance for tough action against relief plunderers
DHAKA, April 13, 2020 (BSS) – Central 14-Party Alliance today urged
the government to take tough action against the people involved in
misappropriation of relief goods.
In a statement, singed by central 14-Party Alliance spokesman
Mohammed Nasim, it said some corrupt people are trying to
misappropriate relief goods and they are the enemies of the nation and
they have no party and religion at all.
Noting that stern action has to be taken against the relief
plunderers, the statement said the nation is going through a
disastrous situation right now. “We all together will deal with the
crisis under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina”, it said.
The alliance called for ensuring personal safety for doctors,
nurses and health workers who have been working from the frontlines to
contain coronavirus.
