BGB arrests youth with three unexploded landmines from Ukhia border
COX’S BAZAR, April 12, 2020 (BSS) – Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) today
recovered three unexploded landmines and arrested a youth for carrying the
mines from Ukhia border of the district.
The arrestee was identified as Md Amir (18), son of Meher Ali of Deilpara
village of Ukhia upazila under the district.

Ahmed said a BGB patrolling team led by Subedar Ruhul Amin of Reju Amtali BOP
arrested Amir with the three unexploded landmines in the afternoon.
Legal action will be taken against Amir after interrogating him, he said.
