CCC gets 2,000 PPEs
CHATTOGRAM, APRIL 12, 2020 (BSS)- S Alam Group, one of the country’s leading industrial groups, has donated 2,000 pieces of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to help the employee and conservancy workers of Chattogram City Corporation (CCC).
CCC Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin received the PPEs from a representative of S Alam group at a simple ceremony held at CCC auditorium of Tigerpass area today.
Nasir said the PPEs will help the employee and conservancy workers of CCC, who are engaged in cleaning works under 41 wards of CCC at time of the Coronavirus epidemic.
Chief executive officer of CCC Mohammad Shamsuddaha, Chief health officer of CCC Dr Selim Akhter Chowdhury, personnel secretary to the Mayor Abul Hasham were present in the function.
