DHAKA, April 11, 2020 (BSS) – The government has extended the suspension
of the movement of all sorts of transports including buses, trains and
launches across the country till April 25 in line with the extension of
general holidays in the wake of coronavirus outbreak.
Road Transport and Highways Division issued a press release in this regard
here today.
It said emergency services, including transportation of foods, daily
necessaries, drugs, and medical equipment, agricultural goods, fertilizer and
insecticides, fisheries and livestock, dairy products, child food, media and
relief-laden transports will be out of its purview.
Carrying passenger in goods-laden transport will not be allowed, it added.
